Mr. & Ms. Alameda County Leather 2009
Mr. ACL 2010, pony (Marc Owens):
I started my leather journey in 2000, and shortly after I started serving the Bay Area leather community. Looking for brotherhood and a outlet to use my creativity among leather men I joined the Golden Gate Guards. From there I later became an associate member of the 15 Association. It was through them I learned the spirit of pain, pleasure and protocol.
One of the highlights of my life was when I was awarded the ' Rookie of the Year 2007' by the ICF Motorcycle Awards now known as the San Francisco Bay Area Leather Alliance. I was introduced to the Alameda County Leather Corps when I was sold to Mr. Allan and Mr. Randy at the Santa Slave Auction in 2006. Both are members of the ACLC.
I'm a college graduate in Computer Graphic Arts a skill I maintain through out my career and in the leather community. I credit most of my passion for servitude and obedience from my time in the U.S. Navy. That lay down the foundation for me to get in touch with the spirit of the ' boy' in me.
With the support of my leather family my wonderful partner Sir Jim, Dad Brian, Papa Barry, my Owners Mr. Allan and Mr. Randy and my beautiful superlicious Title wife Trinity I look forward to a fantastic title year.
Thank you all for believing in me!

Ms. ACL 2010, Trinity:
There was something in my heart that caused me to reevaluate my life and be true to myself.
Who knew that a munch held in the East Bay would be my portal to finding a community that would become so dear to me? Who knew that the history and protocol would speak to the heart of who I am (or hope to become)? Although I have a lot to learn I take pride in being a part of the leather community.
Little did I know I was searching for a family; a place to belong. I believe my connection to the community is what gave me the strength to break the constraints of society and be me. I am no longer the church lady in service to an organization. I am a leather woman in service within a community. My only regret is I should have done this year’s ago.
Along the way I have met leather men and women who have shown me that the possibilities within me were endless; all I needed was guidance and time. I am also thankful for organizations such as Exiles, Leather Traditions, IMsL and others that educate and give us a platform to explore sex, gender & sexuality.
In the beginning I didn’t know much about ACLC. But I was drawn by the sense of family and later impressed by its philanthropy. My title husband (Pony) and I look forward to sharing with you all an exciting year of community, honor, service and fun!
I am a proud member of ACLC and it is an honor and a privilege to serve as Ms. Alameda County Leather 2010.
Thank You!
Trinity
